the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) announced today that it has finalized an agreement to acquire the International Motorsports Industry Show (IMIS) and will consolidate it with the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Trade Show. PRI will return to Indianapolis in 2013.
