A classic American car is a timeless piece of automotive heritage, especially if it is all original. Recently, an all-original ’57 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible was added to the line up for the Daytime Auction in Monterey, California. As part the Harold R. Wing Collection, this car is quite the find for any American classic car enthusiast.
The Bel Air features a 283cui engine and a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. The Onyx Black and white exterior matched with the red and white interior make for a rare color combination for this convertible. In true classic-style, the Bel Air comes with front and rear bumper guards, Whitewall tires and “spinner” wheel covers.
This timeless classic is sure to get plenty of attention at the event. It is set to cross the auction block at 1:30p.m. on Friday August 19th.
