The Kern County Fairgrounds in Bakersfield, California is about to get a whole lot hotter! Extending from April 24-26, 2015, the National Street Rod Association (NSRA) is hosting the 39th Annual Western Street Rod Nationals Plus. More than 2,000 hot rods, customs, and everything else on up through 1985 will competing for top awards. The huge rivalries are a major benefit to the crowd as they’ll get to see some of the most amazing vehicles and builds from around the western States and the whole Country.
For the 29th year, the Western Street Rod Nationals Plus will be held in the Kern County Fairgrounds. This show is always such a big hit that folks from miles around can hardly wait for it to come each Spring. This year’s show will be no different. An all-inclusive automotive swap meet will bring out the bargin hunter in all of us for all three days. 80 plus aftermarket parts manufacturers will have booths set up to display and discuss their products with show attendees. Women’s World will bring out the crafty side of the whole family.
Night-time cruises, evening entertainment, and games will be reason enough to stay through the whole show. This NSRA show specifically targets 30 year and older vehicles. They also have their Super Prize Program where more than $75,000 worth of merchandise will be given away. There will also be three separate drawings, each $3,000 cash. To be eligible, all you need to do is be a registered show participant.
