Nitto Tire is currently running a giveaway called the Nitto Fan Drive Sweepstakes, that is going to give one lucky person the keys to one of nine customized rides. But the sweepstakes ends December 31st! So you better hurry and get your entry in!

By now you have seen all the updates we have published on the sweepstakes, and you might be asking yourself why we are covering this sweepstakes so closely? The truth is, this is one awesome contest that we want to make sure everyone is aware of! How often does a company give away a complete customized car without having to purchase anything? It just doesn’t happen that often!

Think of it like this, when the contest is over in less than 10 days, someone is going to drive away with a new one of a kind ride. How do you enter? Well, glad you asked. All you have to do is follow three easy steps: The first is visit Nitto’s Facebook page and like it (they recently passed 1 million fans!), the next step is to build the ride that you would want to win. You will be given the choice of nine different rides, then you need to choose the rims, decal placement, and finally the Nitto tires for the ride, and click submit.

The final step is to fill out your entry for the contest below where you built your ride. Once you fill out the information and submit it you will be entered in the running to win the most popular ride.

The nine rides that you can customize and are up for the winning are:

• Ford Mustang
• Dodge Challenger
• Nissan 370Z
• Hyundai Genesis
• AWD Subaru WRX STi
• Ford F-150
• Chevy Silverado
• Ram 1500

The only catch is, the car (or truck) that you’ll win might not be the one you opted for. The winner will drive home the most popular package. So while you might design a Ford Mustang, you might win a Chevy Camaro.

Don’t worry, the way you could win the car of your heart’s desire is to enter the same package over, and over, and over again. Each time your favorite combination is submitted, the higher its popularity climbs up the chart.

Last week we brought you the top three vehicle combinations, and showed you just how important your votes are. Out of the 52,866 designs submitted, only 37 votes separated the top two.

The results are always changing, since we’ve published these numbers a week ago a new contender in the Ford Mustang has taken over the third spot. With only ten days left it looks like it is going to come down to the final day to determine which car will be given away.

The contest kicked off on September 2nd, and Nitto’s Fan Drive Sweepstakes will run until 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on December 31, 2011.  When the clock strikes 12 midnight at the end of the year, the contest ends.
