Art Morrison Launches GT Sport Chassis For Tri-Fives

artmorrison [1]

New from Art Morrison [2] – the GT Sport Chassis for Tri-Five Chevys. This chassis has traits like those found in high-end vehicles, and as such is great at improving tracking and wheel control, as well as reducing NVH.

Official Release:

Unparalleled handling, combined with the utmost ride comfort is available by replacing the stock frame on any 1955-56-57 Chevrolet with a Multilink IRS-equipped GT Sport Chassis from Art Morrison Enterprises. Available with either the Strange S60 differential for high horsepower applications or the GM Camaro differential, the unique cradle design minimizes the trunk floor modifications needed for installation.

Morrison’s Tri-5 GT Sport chassis, with well over twelve hundred examples on the road, has proven to be exemplary in terms of performance and value. The Multilink IRS takes it to the next level.

Not to be confused with early style Jaguar, Corvette and aftermarket double a-arm designs, AME’s Multilink IRS is more akin to what’s found on supercars from Ferrari, Lamborghini and BMW. Benefits include improved tracking under varying road conditions, better wheel control, more adjustability and significant reduction in unsprung weight and NVH (noise, vibration, harshness).

A virtual bolt-in (save for some small modifications for the trunk floor), Morrison’s GT Sport chassis is now offered for the Tri-5 Chevy and nine other popular applications.
