Mattson Introduces Ford F-100 Aluminum Radiators

New from Mattson – their quality aluminum radiator for Ford F-100 applications. These radiators are fully tig-welded and are built to last while increasing cooling. See more details below.

For over half a century Mattson, the Fan Man, has been solving custom automotive heating issues with their exclusive 100% Made in the USA cooling systems. Hand crafted to meet the needs of each customer, Mattson radiators feature tig welded aluminum, high quality, 2 row, 1″ tube, aluminum “racing” cores, and ultra-strong custom fabricated tanks, frames and mounting hardware. Triple pass design provides increased cooling, weight is about half that of brass radiators and billet aluminum filler necks will not crack or leak. Shown here is the company’s popular F-100 series. Each F-100 radiator is built with a core custom designed for the truck’s engine.

Additionally, when applicable transmission oil cooler components are integrated and no extra cost. If you choose to add the Mattson SPAL fan option your assembly will include a heat sensor mount (bung), also standard. Other options include: Polished and non- polished finish, SPAL BRUSHLESS electric fans, A/C condenser, relay kits, engraving, and full customization. For the engine swap crowd Mattson engineers are LS and Big Block specialists. Not sure exactly what you need? The Mattson team will custom design and fabricate the perfect cooling system for your ride. Base retail pricing on for the F-100 radiators without any options is: Polished with dual SPAL 12″ electric fans/shroud, relay kits, radiator cap $1,150 and $999.00 for non-polished.
