Going all the way back to the 1980s, the NSRA Nationals South has been held in Knoxville for the 34th time. The coveted “Pros Pick” awards, sponsored by Classic Instruments, is presented at each NSRA event from sea to shining sea, west coast to east coast, and all points in between for 2017. One of the most sought after awards in the street rod community, the selection team picks the top five street rods from each event. Here are the “Pro’s Pick” winners from the NSRA South Nationals held on May 5th, 6th & 7th, 2017 at the Chilhowee Park & Exposition Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.

NSRA’s award for the Outstanding Use of Color at the Knoxville event went to a beautiful two-tone 1950 Ford Convertible shown by Dale & Jackie Dinse from Monterey, Tennessee and a beautiful taxi yellow 1948 Chevrolet Suburban shown by Terry & Dick Feile from Mooresville, North Carolina.
