We’re not really sure what this guy was thinking when he built this contraption, he calls it a blower, we seem to think its more like something “Larry the Cable Guy” would have conjured up while drinking some of his home brewed whiskey.

The part that the owner has installed on top of the engine is actually an old fashioned insecticide sprayer , you remember, the same type you would see Wyle E Coyote using against the famous Road Runner on Saturday morning cartoons. We can certainly remember this device used in some early episodes of The Three Stooges as well.

Due to the fact that the video is fairly short, it is hard for us to determine how many different parts from what years, makes, and models, this rat rod makes up. However, it is painfully obvious that they wasted what appears to be quite a few good parts from the early 30s Fords.

The engine looks to be a small block Chevy, but the exhaust is confusing, as it has only 3 down tubes exiting the cylinder head. It also has a power steering pump that you would find on an AMC.

Take a look at the video, although it doesn’t portray much of an actual test drive, as something goes wrong before the owner can test his new invention out, it is more of a challenge to us to try to figure out why someone would build such a thing, and from what parts.

Who knows… maybe some guys just have too much time on their hands, or maybe they should have taken auto-shop 101!
