Does anyone recall the gameshow Supermarket Sweep? Well … our next Christmas wish would be to borrow Santa’s sleigh or a super-sized shopping cart and be turned loose at Chevy Performance Parts.
Sure, it might take a little elf power to get everything loaded into the cart, but can you image the possibilities? Thanks to the magical expansion abilities of Santa’s sleigh, it might be possible to take home LSX454R because everyone needs 776 horsepower in their daily driven ’57 Corvette.
Think about the possibilities of what you could grab in a short amount time with a few elves and a forklift or pallet jack? Why not throw in a Connect & Cruise LS9 into that 1957 Pickup of Grandpa’s and have some fun with over 600 horsepower?
The possibilities are endless, but it would be like reliving your youth with a grown up version of the Nickelodeon Super Toy Run. Just the giddiness of running through a warehouse of crate engines and transmissions?
It might be possible to slide a COPO Camaro into the sleigh, but that might be a little too modern for the classic car purist. However, you could turn that COPO into excellent donor car for another project that is just sitting in your garage. Why not go for six crate engines to celebrate the sixth day of Christmas?
We were trying to be greedy by placing this item on the twelfth day of Christmas, but if man in the red suit wants to change the position of this wish on the list, then who am I to say no?
