What do you love most about living in California?

I love the weather we are spoiled with every day. You can also easily take a trip to the mountains or desert plus I’m close to the beach so there is always so much to do.

What’s your favorite classic car and why?

There are many cars I love, but my favorite is a VW bus.  I have always wanted one so I can fit our 2 pit bulls with the family inside. I would have the interior tricked out so we can picnic or lounge in the back.

What car show do you look forward to attending this year?

Well Bo Huff’s Huffarama Show is at the top. I was honored to be crowned Miss Bo Huff 2018. And, of course Viva Las Vegas next month.

If you could attend any event anywhere what would it be and why?

I heard Mooneyes in Japan is a must see. Not only is it in an incredible country, but it would be great to see how the car show scene is in that part of the world.

What do you love most about pinup competitions?

Piecing together an outfit and spending time with other ladies that have a passion for it as well.

Tell us about your last pinup contest experience? My last contest was at the Grand National Roadster Show at the Pomona Fairplex. It’s funny but I couldn’t find the mark for where to stand on stage for some reason. I couldn’t help but laugh at myself about it but it was hosted by my friend Christini Martini so I felt at ease. I was inspired by some of the amazing backgrounds these women had.

How many titles do you hold? Two at the moment Miss Bo Huff 2018 and Legends Car Show 2016

What was the first contest you ever entered? It was very small contest. It was held at the Kitsch Bar and hosted by Carly DeVille.  I was super nervous. I had crippling stage fright when I first started doing contests. Once a microphone was in my hand I couldn’t think or breath. I have become a lot more comfortable now on stage. Practice makes perfect right?

What era do you feel you represent the best? The 1940s and 1950s are my favorite. During that time period I feel the war made people come together to help do their part no matter if you were a man or woman, each person had something to contribute to the world. I believe in that message, that there is strength in community.

What do you love most about vintage fashion?

Everything!! Fashion was as its best back then. Now it’s more of a statement. Clothing made in the 1940s and 50s were constructed to make a women’s figure stand out in the best way. It’s classy yet sexy. Clothing was made so well back then that it withstands decades of time. I’m obsessed with vintage fashion.

Do you have a favorite tattoo artist?

I do, my boyfriend Mike Porter he did most of my work.

What was your last tattoo?

It was done by Jude Keller he taught my boyfriend a lot of things to further his art. The tattoo is a pirate girl with anchors representing my Great Great Grandfathers who were in the navy.

What’s your next tattoo?

I have a few pieces I want finished up, but I would like to add more to my back and I really want a pinup girl tattoo.

Where can we see more of your pinup work?

Check me out on Facebook and Instagram @inkdbeauty85.  There is a new feature in Pinup Kulture magazine month of February. The first page is set taken by Ron Dietrich with Christini Martini and I. Definitely keep a look out for me at shows and I will be in a vintage fashion show March 23rd at the Pie Festival in Claremont featuring fashion from 1930s through 1960s. If you love vintage fashion it’s a must see!
